Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
At the current time postage is limited to Australia.
Delivery costs are generally incorporated into the cost of all purchases over $150 unless specific circumstances mean postage is added on top due to the item being over a certain weight or size. In this case postage costs will be calculated and added to the overall cost of the order (This is usually only the case for custom orders).
Delivery within Australia usually takes up to 2 weeks, therefore we require all purchases to be made at least 20 days before you need your item to ensure we can get it to you in time.
All items being delivered from Majkic Knives will require signature on delivery.

Disclaimer
We do not accept any responsibility for damage to your item during the delivery process. We ensure to the upmost of our ability that your product arrives safe and undamaged by carefully packaging your product to protect it. All products sent by Majkic Knives are fully insured in the case of damage or loss of your item during the delivery process. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping it is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow up the lost or damaged item with the delivery provider. We insist that you immediately inspect your items upon delivery for any damage such as chips, scratches, discolouration, breakages, or other damage to your product. Any issue should immediately be taken up with the delivery service.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Before any item goes out the door to a customer Majkic Knives does its best to ensure all aspects of the item align with the description of the item, standard of quality expected for one of our items and expectations of the customer. However, Majkic Knives does acknowledge that occasionally small imperfections, misunderstandings, or the item not exactly matching a customer’s expectations can warrant circumstances for return or refund. If a customer decides they wish to ask for a refund or return of an item they must immediately contact Majkic Knives.
The eligibility for return or refund is entirely up to the discretion of Majkic Knives based upon the specific circumstances surrounding the item in question.
Items eligible for return must still be in excellent condition, free from any damage, stains, rust, modifications or general wear and tear (This excludes any damage as a result of poor standards of workmanship, construction or defects in material that is the responsibility of Majkic Knives). Any items damaged due to misuse, poor care, carelessness, dangerous use, customisation, or other causes that do not align with our policy will not be eligible for refund or return.
If it is found to be the case that an item is eligible for return or refund, then the item will be refunded in the full amount paid by the customer (not including postage costs) once the item has been returned and received by Majkic Knives (Unless otherwise agreed upon). In the case of a custom order being returned or refunded the customer will receive a refund of the full purchase amount minus the deposit paid (Unless otherwise agreed upon)
Majkic Knives strives to make quality products that will last you for years and years, our reputation is extremely important to us, as is your satisfaction with our products. With this in mind we always aim to keep our customers happy and strongly encourage you to reach out for any enquiries or questions without hesitation.

By purchasing one of our products, entering the premises of Majkic Knives or using one of our products you are agreeing to the following:
During any time that you (customer/visitor/other) are on the premises of Majkic Knives both your property and your person shall be there at your own risk. You agree that while on the premises of Majkic Knives, Majkic Knives is not responsible to liable for any harm, death, personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or theft that happens to you or your guests occurring on the premises of Majkic Knives.
Any injury, death, harm, or violence related to your use of one of our knives is not the responsibility of Majkic Knives and Majkic Knives shall not be held liable where any of the previously mentioned acts occur. Majkic Knives is also not responsible for any misleading or false advertisement or description of our products by a third party. Majkic Knives will not be held liable or responsible for any damage or degradation to your knife or other product if it is a result of misuse, poor care, modifications, or dangerous behaviour.
Age Restrictions
Your Safety Is Important
By purchasing a knife from Majkic Knives you are agreeing that you (the customer) are over 18 years of age. Customers may be requested to show proof of age upon purchasing a knife from Majkic Knives. Failure to produce proof of age or purchasing a knife while being under the age of 18 will result in an immediate cancellation of your order.
