The 8" Chefs is my take on a traditional western chefs knife with a dash of French influence. The idea behind this knife was to create a blade that can handle most of your cutting needs in the kitchen while being light and comfortable throughout your work.
 
 
 
The 8" Chefs has an overall blade length of 205mm (8" 1/8') and a handle length of 120mm, from blade to spine is 55mm at the widest part and has a tapered spine of 3mm.
This particualr 8" Chefs features a hand sanded satin finish, along with a Silky Oak handle with spacers of Bog Oak and G10.
