The “Kitchen K-Tip” is the specialist of most kitchens, primarily used for slicing and dicing accurately and efficiently. The “Kitchen K-Tip” is the largest of our “Signature 6” culinary knives, however, don’t let its size fool you, contrary to what you would think, this knife is made to handle the more precise and delicate work in your kitchen. The “Kitchen K-Tip” excels at processing, filleting, skinning and thinly slicing fish, thinly slicing meat and finely chopping or slicing vegetables for presentation.

 

Our “Kitchen K-Tip” has a blade length of 225mm (9”) with a handle length of 145mm, the width of the blade comes in at 50mm and the spine is around 2mm thick.

This particular “Kitchen K-Tip” has a stainless damascus blade with an "S" grind. It also features a Maple handle, Flamewood bolster and a blue dyed Maple and G10 spacer.
