The "Bread Sword" is a long, slender, and thin bread knife, built for easily cutting through bread of any size or shape. The narrow and thin blade shape allows for great control when cutting while still helping to maintain those straight and perfect slices. While the off-set profile of the Bread Sword allows clearance while cutting, meaning you'll never have your knuckles get in the way or get scrapped accross your table.
 
The "Bread Sword" as the name implies is a bread knife on the longer side. The overall length of this blade comes in at 225mm (9") with a handle length of 140mm, the width falls a touch over 30mm and the spine at 2.5mm thick.
This particular "Bread Sword" features a Australian Burl handle with G10 spacers and a Tasmanian Blackwood bolster.
