This is our Cheese Cleaver! A simple forged cheese knife for all your cheese needs. This little knife is perfect for both your hard and soft cheeses and also works great as a speader and cuts right through any meats for might want on yor cheese platter too!  The idea behind the Cheese Cleaver was to create something that is both functional but also sturdy and unique, which I think I have achieved with this one. All our Cheese Cleavers are hand forged, using stainless steel (making these very easy to care for). After forging all the edges are rounded smooth to give you the most comfortable experience without taking away from the forged look of the blade! The blades offer a wide surface, making them more capable for a variety of cheesy tasks, while also allowing the rest of the blade to retain that nice weight in your hand. The overall length of our cheese knives comes in at around 170mm, with a handle length of around 100mm and a blade length of around 70mm.
