The “Mini K” may look quite different to our normal utility knives, but at it's core is still made for the same jobs as your traditional utility while also being capable of so much more! The wider and thinner blade profile of the “Mini K” lends itself to performing excellently for thinly slicing or dicing vegetables or fish, or finely chopping herbs.
 
The “Mini K” is made from 52100 high carbon steel. The blade has an overall length of 130mm and a handle length of 120mm, the width of the blade is 40mm and the spine is 2.5mm with a distal taper to the tip. It features an octaconalised American Oak handle, with G10 spacers.
