The paring knife is knife you never knew you needed until you got it, it’s the blade you’ll turn to for those small tasks, big tasks, and everything in between that your main knife can’t quite do. Our paring knives were shaped and profiled to take the versatility of the paring knife and design something that offers what I think continues to add to this versatility.
 
Our paring knife comes in at a standard 120mm blade and 115mm handle, as well as a 3mm blade thickness, while featuring a slightly wider than standard blade of 30mm to allow for more versatility when processing larger vegetables.
This particular Paring Knife features a Blackheart Sassafras handle and  with G10 spacers.
